| Hello and welcome
to our site! |
We are the owners of a 2 bedrooms
apartment in popular resort. The resort is a 4 and 1/2
star, very popular with families. Built in 2002 it's
modern and clean with all the amenities. We take care
of everything from the reservations, to cleaning the
apartment after every guests’ departure, to any
maintenance issue that may arise. Our guests can still
use all the resort facilities the only difference is
that they will have to contact us if anything happens
in the unit instead of contacting reception. As we are
managing the apartment ourselves, we can offer it at
a special discounted rate.
The unit is on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms,
1 master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom
and the other one with 2 single beds, there is a sofa
bed in the lounge area for the 5th person and a family
bathroom with laundry facilities (washing machine and
dryer). The apartment is completely self contained with
all kitchen appliances (including microwave), plates,
saucepans and utensils. |

There is air-conditioning
in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
There are 2 balconies, a smaller one in the master
bedroom and a bigger one with table and chairs outside
the living room. There is a telephone for incoming
calls, the emergency number (000) and 1800 numbers
can still be dialed from there. There is a new 24”
television and a DVD player. Mermaid Beach is just
across the road, 1 block away. Pacific Fair (shopping
centre) and Surfers Paradise are only a few minutes
drive away. The theme parks are less than half an
hour away by car.
